今週末みんなでお花見に行くから今日咲きそうになっている桜ちゃんを見て嬉しかったです！！

So, today`s phrase is… 

The cherry blossoms are almost blooming!!

To say 「何々しそうになっている」 in English use this patern:

主語 + be動詞 + almost + (動詞)ing

Here are some more examples:

That girl is almost crying.     （あの子泣きそうになってる)

The water is almost boiling.     (お湯が沸きそうになってる)
