Hi everybody and HAPPY (In English, “Happy Birthday, Japan!?!?
Anyway, today let`s practice a very common phrase in everyday English converstaion and emails (business emails, too!):
I was wondering + if + 文 or I was wondering + who/what/when/where/why/how/which の関係節
For example…
I`m calling/emailing you `cause I was wondering if you`re coming to the party tomorrow.
I was wondering if you`re free tomorrow.
I was wondering if you could lend me some money.
I was wondering why you went.
I was wondering who came.
I was wondering if you`d like to have a private pizza party with me tomorrow.
…or….
I was wondering if you`d like to take a free trial lesson at GENIE this month.

Hi everybody! I`m in front of the computer at the New Genie. We have three classrooms now – two for small group lessons and one for one-on-one lessons (ちなみにマンツーマンって日本語だけだよ、GENIEのラスベガスルームでは通じるけどネバダ州のラスベガスでは通じませんよ; ) How do you say マンツーマン in English・・・
one-on-one です!
Anyway…
The interior of the new Genie is very simple. There aren`t many decorations. But it`s nice. ☆NEW GENIE☆
Less is more.
“Less is more” is very similar to “simple is best” but it`s just a little different.
Well, what do you think? Please look at the pictures of the lesson rooms at the New Genie. Do you agree that “less more?” あなたも “less is more”派ですか??
Don`t forget your PASSPORT !! ^^ v
